Nevada juries are continuing a pattern of being conservative and difficult and deciding cases based on bias rather than the evidence and law. And the effects of KODIN, Nevada’s ballot intiative that made these cases even more difficult to bring to court, continues to be felt. This is a troubling confluence that does not bode well for Nevada patients.
One wonders what the defense attorneys will do for work when there aren’t plaintiff’s attorneys left who are willing to take these cases?
